Personal project as a visual reflection on the recent 50th anniversary of the Athens Polytechnic uprising (17th November, 1973). The demonstrations celebrating the anniversary brought an overwhelming feeling of togetherness that I really wanted to capture, alongside the beauty of old fonts on Greek shop signs.
Through this work I also wanted to hint at the importance and power of protest and demonstrations, as something we should really try to keep alive in our societies.
